    Courteous excellant stuff, magnificent location within walking distance of all the major landmarks. Breakfast with bacon, cereals. Generally the service was impeccable.

    I liked this boutique hotel and stayed for 4 nights here. It was a joy spending time in the big size room with showers and a wonderful breakfast, as example. Food in the affordable restaurant was great.

    What makes it worth it, and what doesn't

    Charming location just steps from historic sites with lovely, cute staff. The breakfast was excellent.

    The stairs might be a challenge for some.

    The hotel is beautifully decorated, with spacious rooms with elegant antique furniture and plenty of artistic details. The staff is exceedingly friendly and accommodating, providing assistance with work-related needs. Breakfast was varied, including fresh fruits and a selection of baked goods. The location is ideal.

    Carvallo had a fantastic location right in the heart of Old Cuenca. I loved the spaciousness and comfort of my room. It was bright and inviting. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast each morning was a treat with fresh juices, fruits, and hot dishes. I also appreciated the beautiful decor that blended classic elements with wooden accents. The WiFi could be spotty at times. Still, I felt immersed in the local charm and culture throughout my stay.
